Single or 3 phase automatic changeover switches for sale or rent. Upon failure of the connected utility company power source, the ATS will initiate the generator start and will automatically transfer the load circuit to the generator. We have ATS's up to 1600 amp in stock.
Change over from one power supply to another
Automatic change over switches are just what they say, they automatically change over from one power supply to another power supply.
The standby generator goes hand in hand with an ATS solution, the normal configuration is for the ATS to monitor the mains power and if anything goes wrong with the mains it will start up the generator and the ATS with then switch to building load over to generator .When power returns after a small delay the ATS will switch the load back to mains and turn off the generator
